Solway View Caravan & Camping Site is located with great views over the estuary of the River Dee & into the Solway Firth. We offer an ideal destination for individuals, well behaved groups, couples & families to enjoy a holiday and short breaks.

Solway View is centrally located in Dumfries & Galloway and is a great base from which to explore. The towns of Gatehouse-of-Fleet, Kirkcudbright and Castle Douglas are all nearby & well worth a visit. At Balmangan Farm we have a 330 acre working beef & sheep farm. The coastal farmland is easily accessed through our farm & nature trails. Any time of year, you can enjoy walking the adjoining woodland with its ever changing colour scheme, you may even meet some roe deer. You could also enjoy the tranquility of the little secluded bays along the coast.
